• Please enter the correct spelling of name you wish to order. 
•  Once a custom order is placed we begin the work immediately and cannot change or cancel items. Please be sure the spelling of your custom item is accurate as we do not provide refunds for incorrect information given to us. Please email us immediately if you notice you spelled something incorrectly.
• All Custom Pendant orders may take 7-18 business days to customize (this does NOT include shipping).
• Please note, If you select expedited shipping upon checkout (ex: 2 day or next day shipping) this does not mean your item will be delivered in 1-2 days. This means when your pendant is completed I will ship using the method you selected.
