How To Order : FAQ 

• Choose your desired font. (Fonts may be found on the last photo).

• Enter the desired name. Please double check spelling.
•  Once a custom order is placed we begin the work immediately and cannot change or cancel items. Please be sure the spelling of your custom item is accurate as we do not provide refunds for incorrect information given to us. Please email us immediately if you notice you spelled something incorrectly.
• All Custom Pendant orders may take 7-10 business days to customize (this does NOT include shipping).
• Please note, If you select expedited shipping upon checkout (ex: 2 day or next day shipping) this does not mean your item will be delivered in 1-2 days. This means when your pendant is completed I will ship using the method you selected. 

Each customer is eligible to receive updates throughout the process. Please be mindful of our shipping policy.
